Ready mix dispatching is the process of scheduling and sending ready-mix concrete trucks to job sites. At Gillespie & Son we take great pride in adding the “human element” to make sure dispatch deliveries are on time and accurate. We take pride in getting to know our customers.
While we have all of the state of the art technology to manage the process, our dispatch team of experienced truck drivers and dispatch operator Denise Smith, guided by General Manager, Amy Nagle are dedicated to providing personal accurate service along the way. Intergral to the process is their communications with Maintenance and Ready-Mix Manager, Joe Jablecki to get the proper delivery content loaded and ready to go.
